Okay, maybe you are one, maybe you are not. All I can say is that I am so tired of dealing with people that do not take the time to find the facts. Rather than working a little to have an educated comment....they take their instruction from Youtube and Wikipedia.
Knowledge is readily available in our age. There is little empirical knowledge that cannot be located on the internet. Granted, one must consider the source of the information, even if it appears to be legit.
One example is around the SMART Meter technology.... Okay seriously??? You really think the meter will allow the government or others to see you in your home???? Wow!!! I saw a guy on youtube with foil on his head saying the government was using the meter to scan his brain!!
This is the type of annoyance that spreads to others who do not take the time to figure out the facts.......
I do not know everything, but more importantly... I do not believe everything.... I was lucky enough to get a meter last year and used the website to save money and kept our bills low... unlike people that set thermostats to max and wondered why their bills were enormous..... take responsibility people.....
How about the occupy stuff?? Do they know the joke they have become in complaining about big business while regularly being seen with their Iphones? And what brand of clothes do they wear? Homemade? Home made materials? Be realistic. Get a job. I am tired of over a third of my hard earned check going to support people that do not want to work.
I love my freedoms. Do not try to walk on them. That being said, I do not believe freedom means being able to do anything we want at any time. My freedom should be limited to my own realm of exsistence. I should not overlap the freedoms of others. I should not be allowed to hurt others through exercising my freedom. I saw stories on the news of protesters bothering people trying to shop for the holidays. These people worked hard for their money and should be allowed to spend it without annoying extremists in their face. They better not get in my space, thats all I have to say on that.
I think militia mentality is ridiculous. I love my guns, but I am not going to stockpile in "hopes" that there is a civil uprising. Hope for peace in life people. If you want it bad enough, you can help make it happen.
